“This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back.”

“I like how this property offered breakfast and a large bath jacuzzi with our stay. What I didn’t like is how there was no key for us to access our room. It felt a bit unsafe knowing we can’t leave our room unless we call the front desk to open it for us. If there was a fire I would be very concerned with getting out of our room. Also it would be nice to not have to report what time we will be coming back to our room every day of our stay.”

“As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo. Be aware that it is about 1km from the train station that takes you directly into Tokyo (Shibuya) but you can get a Uber or a bus there quite easily (or……

“The owners are very attentive, and present the Ryokan as your being a guest in their home. The traditional tatami is clean and comfortable. Lots of art and Japanese mementos all over, make you feel that you are in aJapanese home. Hot baths too!”

“這間應該算是商務旅館等級的hotel, 營業也有點時間了， 這可以從房間內部細節看得出來， 有兩台投幣洗衣機與兩台投幣烘衣機，一台小微波爐一台必備販賣機， 一樓的咖啡與餐廳停止營業了，目前看起來沒有再開的打算； 像我這種主要為了看演唱會去住個兩三天是沒有問題的， 服務人員服務態度很好， 清掃備品更換都有 （備品是浴袍毛巾浴巾浴室吸水踏墊） 如果是挑剔的人建議還是去住連鎖大飯店吧”
