“The loft was lovely and spacious. The internal arched brick design was architecturally beautiful. A bedside light on the right side of the bed to match the left would have been nice as would slightly more comfortable chairs for sitting and reading, however, having a kitchen table and nice bathroom as well as an operating fridge and microwave were added bonuses during our stay”

“We stayed at Casa Spartaco for almost a month. This is a fantastic place for both short term and long term stays, and if you WFH It is well equipped as well. The house is extremely well equipped, big tvs everywhere, blazing fast internet. Pots, pans, everything you might need to cook. The owners did things right, invested on the property so those that stay feel very comfortable at home. The two rooms are comfortable, the mattresses are comfortable and not extremely plush or firm, right where its……

“Spacious house, nicely equipped, perfect for two families travelling together. We hade a great time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beautiful views and having great meals on the patio. Peter, the host, was very easy to get a hold of, answering all our questions and helping us out. Dina was the perfect neighbour. We can highly recommend this villa. “La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere. Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti? Che dire………

“Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Auf der einen Seite die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, auf der andern Seite das Meer. Die Vermieter Silvano und Rebecca waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der von ihnen empfohlene Strand……
