The Ravenale is a classified rental "4 stars", thus guaranteeing you quality services in terms of comfort and equipment. This hiring has a nice furnished veranda, opening on a sported garden and a Spa 3 privatory places.
Inside, there is a large room of 30m2, air-conditioned, with a romantic King size canopy bed (180cm x 200cm), equipped with excellent bedding Epeda high-end.
Attenants in the room, are a cozy living room and a kitchen area "meal on the go" perfectly equipped (Vitro plate, LV, oven, MO, NESPRESSO coffee machine). In the living room, a quality sofa bed will accommodate a third person (ideally a child).
The large Balinese-inspired bathroom has a large Italian shower and a stone marble bath.
We chose quality materials. The massive parquet floor in exotic wood or the floor of the lava stone terrace contribute to the authenticity of the whole. "The Ravenale" is part of an old Creole house that will soon be 100 years old.
Located in the southwest, you can enjoy one of the best climates of the island (sunshine, little wind, no rain) and the typical side offered the south of the island.
The house is located in the heart of the village of Etang Salé les Bains. seaside village which is situated on the most beautiful black sand beach of the island. You will enjoy swimming in the protected lagoon and the sunsets on the huge wild beach.
You can do everything on foot: go to the beach, bakery, post office, at the tourist office (booking excursions and buying souvenirs), restaurant, glacier, greengrocer, supermarket, playgrounds .. .You can also buy local fresh fish every day from local fishermen.
From the house, you can directly access the bike path along the seaside, to go cycling, walking, rollerblading ... For fans of jogging or mountain biking, the surrounding forest offers many opportunities (rental bike to 200m)
The Etang Salé is at the southern gates offering direct access to many of the island's must-see excursions. In 10 minutes by a superb coastal road you will be on the white of the west sandy beaches. Finally the city of St Pierre, 'capital of the south' with its shopping, supermarkets, Decathlon etc .. its market fairground and its lively seafront is 15 minutes by car.

Joli logement confortable idéal pour deux. Une fois encore, pas d’accueil physique mais une boîte à clés et des conseils par sms du propriétaire qui a été charmant .

Uns hat es im Ravenale gut gefallen. Insbesondere die nette und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Reena möchten wir herausstellen! Ein Tipp noch für künftige Gäste in L'Étang-Salé: Im Außen-Restaurant des Hotels Le Floralys (fußläufig gut vom Ravenale aus erreichbar) kann man abends essen, auch ohne Hotelgast sein zu müssen. Das Buffet dort fanden wir mega-lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Maison jacuzzi

Très bel endroit au calme et bien isolé malgré la proximité d’autres maisons de location . La terrasse est bien agencée avec jacuzzi , le seul inconvénient c’est les moustiques présents surtout en milieu de journée rendant impossible l’installation dehors pour se détendre . Le jardinier est venu 1 fois au lieu de 2 et n’avait pas remis en chauffe le jacuzzi ! Surprise en rentrant dedans ! Accueil très professionnel de la personne présente , un repas nous avait été même préparé !!!

Lieu de rêve et accueil généreux.

Aucune distorsion entre les photos et la réalité, propreté exemplaire, super spa dans jardin, repas et boissons dans le frigo pour nous éviter de sortir le 1er soir, calme absolu, salle de bain avec baignoire haut de gamme . On n'a qu'une envie c'est d'y revenir plus de 3 jours. Merci Emma et Olivier, ne changez rien, à bientôt

Déçus par le logement

Cela fait maintenant des années que nous louons par Abritel et c'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus par le logement. Malgré tout, nous avons retenu certains points positifs : - les propriétaires sont très accueillants, arrangeants et ont été très réactifs par rapport à nos demandes. - le jacuzzi est très agréable et permet de se détendre après les randonnées. - la terrasse est assez agréable également même si la végétation manque quelque peu d'entretien. Quant au logement, nous avons relevé de nombreux points négatifs. Globalement, l'appartement est moins bien que sur les photos et semble plus petit qu'annoncé. En effet, les 70 m2 doivent sûrement tenir compte de la terrasse... A notre arrivée, le logement n'était pas suffisamment propre, particulièrement le côté cuisine et la douche. Nous avons du demander à changer la poubelle qui était complètement cassée et le flexible de douche qui était totalement encrassé, ce qui a été fait rapidement. Le coin kitchenette est peu équipé. En conclusion, le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas. Pour moi, la location ne relève pas d'un classement 4 étoiles ou standing. Ceci est fort dommage, car la case pourrait être extra si l'intérieur était rénové et surtout bien entretenu ...

Romantic Holiday Accommodation

My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying at this cozy cottage. It is the guest house of a larger house (a separate building and entrance) so it shares the same property with another guest (who have access to a large pool) but the owners have done a great job of making the space feel very private and intimate. We especially loved using the hot tub at night, when the air had cooled off a bit. The neighborhood felt safe and there are a few good restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately we never had a chance to meet the hosts but they were very kind and helpful before and during our stay (and even provided a delicious home-cooked meal upon arrival our first day!). We loved the island and would absolutely come back to stay at "The Ravenale".

Really nice and well-located

Spent a week at this small home. The living room/ kitchen are very functional. The bedroom is gorgeous. And the bathroom is outstanding. Patio is vey pleasant and private. Parking is easy. Close walk to several restaurants and a great bakery, as well as the Indian Ocean beach (in an area protected from sharks). Definitely recommended.

Ruhiger Aufenthalt im Wanderparadies La Reunion

Ein wunderbar ruhiges Ferienhaus, mit kleinem Garten und geschmackvoll, praktischer Einrichtung. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die sich liebevoll um uns kümmerten und wertvolle Tipps gaben. Diverse Restaurants und ein sehr empfehlenswerter Bäcker sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man in weniger als fünf Minuten auf der Autobahn und kann Wander- und Ausflugsziele ansteuern.

Very nice little spot on beautiful La Réunion!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The appartment is well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Contact with Emma and Olivier was nice and easy. Thanks for preparing the meal for us, Super delicious! The possibility to use the pool would have been nice - otherwise perfect location. We should have stayed longer :-) Merci beaucoup et à bientot!

Confortable et bien situé

Très bien situé et au calme à 5 minutes à pieds des commerces, restaurants et de l océan. La petite terrasse est bien agréable et chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Un cari nous attendait à notre arrivée, nous nous sommes régalés. Les adresses recommandées restos boulangerie et glaciers sont des incontournables.

Nous sommes restés 12 jours magnifiques dans cette belle villa. La situation est top pour les balades en montagnes et pour les autres et nombreuses activités à faire sur cette îles merveilleuse. La maison est parfaitement bien aménagée et équipée, très propre et confortable. Les conseilles des propriétaires Emma et Olivier ont été déterminant pour organiser nos vacances. Ils connaissent parfaitement l''île et sont très disponible pour nous donner les bons "tuyaux" hors des sentiers battu. A notre arrivée la dodo lé là ainsi que notre premier carry cuisiné par nos hôtes, juste génial. nous retournerons dans cette villa avec le plus grand plaisir. La villa est très agréable à vivre et parfaitement conforme au descriptif.

Un cadre romantique idéal pour notre lune de miel. La situation géographique nous a permis d'être au calme tout en étant à proximité de tout (en voiture bien sûr ). L'accueil d'Olivier a été très chaleureux. A notre arrivée, un carry nous attendait. Ses conseils à propos de l'île nous ont été forts utiles. Nous vous recommandons sans hésitation cette location ;)
