“Habitación amplia, sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Realmente es una residencia universitaria y como tal hay que valorarla (en los 5 días de mi estancia nadie entró a hacer la habitación ni a cambiar las sábanas ni las toallas). “Magnífica, la ubicación en Oviedo y la decoración del apartamento fenomenales.”

“Loved the location, opposite the Campo de San Francisco. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was basic as per its star rating. Only issue I had was some neighbours were very, very loud. It's not the hotel's fault. Also, plumbing came through wallls, so i knew when neighbors were showering. Overall, I am happy with the hotel as I was out most of the time.”

“The apartment is beautiful, new, clean and big. The location is also excellent. We only struggled with communication. The apartment is managed by a company. They have an automated “guest hub” where you can find useful info about location, check-in (you will receive a code for all the doors one hour before check-in) and check-out. The problem is if you need anything personal. So, if you will arrive after 4pm and leave before 11am and don’t need any human interaction for specific problems or……
