La Cubita Resort offers a mix of charm and practicality. The secured parking is a definite plus, and the staff is incredibly friendly, always making you feel welcome. The colonial-style architecture is quite pleasant, adding a nice touch of character to the stay.
However, there are a few drawbacks. The lack of an elevator could be an issue for anyone with mobility challenges, so requesting a main-floor room is essential in such cases. The rooms are basic, offering nothing particularly special, and unfortunately, the fridge in our room didn’t work during our stay. The on-site restaurant is average, adequate for convenience but not memorable.
Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay, especially if you value friendly service and a safe environment.
