“The rooms are very clean. I like the flexible online check-in system. While we did run into an issue with a door which was challenging since there's no in person reception desk, the staff were quite responsive by email. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of sending the Geneva transit card by email prior to my arrival so I could use it to get to the hotel easily. It's also near a station so it's easy to get into the city. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it!”

As for the Room it was clean and looked exactly like the pictures offering a stove, microwave and mini fridge The only downfall was the bedding, very hard and pillows I would of loved a better bed that didn’t feel like stone it had to be the hardest bed I’ve slept in for all the hotels stays I’ve experienced.
