“Everything newly decorated and well designed. So happy I could open the window wide in my room. Liked the heated towel rack in bathroom. Friendly staff at reception. Actually I’d have liked something in the lobby area like book exchange/ coffee making facility/coffee & snacks machine or even free coffee available to make it a communal place to chill out in. ”

“位置方便，往aix車站&大街，均只須步行10分鐘左右；設施齊全，有泳池&健身房，員工服務佳，房間舒適&窗戶隔音佳，早餐味道出色，令人難忘。”

“after checked in, i found that the room was not cleaned at all. Then, front desk staff came & checked the status, and let me follow her to front desk again and re-assigned a new cleaned room, no formal apologies. ”

“酒店附近超級方便，行街一流.近夜市及早市. 雖然酒店內本身無停車的地方，但公眾停車場好近，行5金鐘就到. 唔知是否法國酒店都是無拖鞋提供呢？呢間都唔例外. 但總體是好方便. ”

“員工態度友善，離市區不遠 又很安靜， 坐公車可到，公車很頻繁，價錢也很合理，缺點是早餐不夠豐盛，選擇性也少，吃過一次就不再想在裡邊用餐了”

“Hôtel refait à neuf très récemment, impeccable. Le personnel est très agréable et de bons services. La literie est vraiment très confortable. Le seul minuscule reproche serait la proximité avec la 4 voies. Une bonne insonorisation des huisseries à empêcher tous problèmes de bruit. Ceci largement compensée par la qualité de la prestation hôtelière et de l’extérieur de l’hôtel en bordure de rivière. ”

“下订单时，官网页面明确写了“包含早餐”，实际支付时却需要额外支付早餐费用，非常不爽”

“交通有8路公車到市區。走路也還好。我們當成運動。有廚房。可惜櫃檯服務人員面無表情太過冷淡。不過住過幾家好像都是這樣。 以後不會再去也不推薦朋友去。 浴室小。千萬不要忘記自備盥洗用品。”

“Rien à redire sur la propreté. Petit déjeuner correct. Aucun bruit la nuit. Petit bemol, les matelas étaient un peu dur et il n y a pas d'ascenseur. ”
