This family house of 210m² with the charm of seaside villas from the last century can accommodate up to 12 people and enjoys an ideal location for a family stay facing the sea and just a stone's throw from the village. The villa literally overlooks "La Plage des carrés" and offers a superb view of the Ocean. The basement provides access to the enclosed garden and consists of two double rooms (180 bed and 140 bed), a single room (90 bed) with a baby bed, a bathroom and an independent toilet. The ground floor has a suite (140 bed and shower room) and a dining room - living room with WIFI allowing everyone to gather and enjoy the view of the ocean and observe the sumptuous sunsets. (Television on site but no antenna, an HDMI cable is available) The independent kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle and kitchen necessities and utensils. From the kitchen, you can access the 20m² wooden terrace and thus enjoy the garden and sea air. Under the attic on the upper floor, you have two double rooms (180 and 140 beds) and a children's room (single 90 bed - blocked window). A shower room and an independent toilet complete this level.
