“Casa Blanca is a gem in San Rafael del Sur. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and having such view from any bed of the house is just a soul-filling experience. The location of Casa Blanca and its proximity to Managua is very convenient. The pool is beautiful and so refreshing. Another excellent feature of this beach house is how calm and safe the ocean is to swim in right in front of the house. “The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this……

Note that the road to get there is all dirt road and it feels like you are driving to the middle of no where but once you get to the stone road you are right there.”
