“Alexandra was wonderful! She was very quick to respond and stopped by the apartment with little notice when I had a self-inflicted issue I needed her to tend to. The location was perfect! The ceilings are low so be careful if you’re tall. The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. Quiet neighborhood with a delicious pizzeria with friendly staff right next door. We had the perfect stay! ”

“A beautiful setting, lovely pool and a tremendous view and church bells. We had a wonderful time exploring the town and neighbouring areas, and enjoying the beach and restaurants. ”

“We had a lovely time in Simona's villa at the heights of Menton. There is a splendid view of the sea and Cap Martin from the terrace and the perfect pool. We really enjoyed the fact that there is no one overlooking the property and the large grounds. The rooms are spacious and there is also a safe off road carpark. The walk to town is about 10-15 minutes on a steep but well maintain and lit path. We never used the car during our stay, but got a lot of exercise...The villa is in a quiet area but……

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das großzügige Wohnzimmer, die bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sowie die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche. Wir hatten ein Geburtstagskind dabei – selbst das Backen eines Kuchens war dank des vorhandenen Equipments problemlos möglich.Ein echtes Highlight waren außerdem die vier Badezimmer – gerade bei einer größeren Gruppe……

“Peaceful place, remote from everything in nature, the view is exceptional. We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed the tranquility, but it's important to be aware of a few practical considerations.The location is right on the border between two countries, which affects both cell phone reception and connectivity—there was no WiFi during our entire stay, and unfortunately, this could not be resolved despite the owner's efforts. The cell reception is very poor too. The owner was responsive and……
