“A warm and gracious welcome by Dmitry, the homeowner, set the stage for a lovely stay. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood on a street nestled in the foothills. Abundant wildlife, flora and majestic trees adorn the property. We slept most comfortably, and it was such a treat to be provided delicious Illy coffee (via Keurig machine) and bottled water. “We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the area quiet with plenty of parking on the street and in the garage. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and the little back yard was great for the kids. Sunny was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. “My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and were very comfortable. This is a small home in a gated compound of 5 units. The gate was a nice touch for added security. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very minimalist which is all we really needed. The A/C worked really well as we were there during a heat wave, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi was fast. The only downside was that the water took a few minutes to get hot. Overall, a nice stay.”
