“First off let me say that communication was the best! Ignacio is an example of customer service and care. He went the extra mile for my entire family. We had one night where one of my sons required a pharmacy and Ignacio was quick to respond and recommend the right one for my son and the medical issue was resolved. The apartment was beautiful and each door attendant was just a joy to see every time we went in and out. They were friendly and attentive the entire time. We will stay at this……

“Right opposite to a big church, also located in an artistic area close to old town center. It's a lift with split levels inside, spacious, clean, comfortable with good air-con & Wi-Fi. We were provided VIP access (free drinks and 10% discount for dinner) which is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but included. “Tudo perfeito. Localização fácil e segura.Com bom atendimento no checking e checkout. A cortesia do café da manhã é um plus a mais, entretanto senti que os clientes do Ignácio são um pouco discriminados no café. Demora no atendimento além de não serem simpáticos. Observamos que pessoas pagantes que chegavam depois eram atendidos antes que nós. Acho que seria válido a gestão se atentar a este detalhe. Pois, toda boa acolhida faz a diferença em hotelaria.”
