“The booking process is quite confusing. I booked with PayPal for 3 installment payment. Which initial deduction was made buy when i reached Spain, they required the full balance before tjey allowed me to check in. I was informed later that the money will be refunded, is been 5days now without any update about the refund.
The room we had was by the road and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

“The way a really nice place to, everything fitted out to a high standard (american fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc). Huge TVs in the main room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds, small balcony setting area and large living room/kitchen. Great with for families with two bedrooms. Also a handy lift (very new) and secure key code locks.
The location was also really good just on the outskirts of the main city centre, but still a main road with loads shops (and some excellent bakeries),……

“La casa esta bastante bien, los espacios son más que suficientes para unas 10 personas. La ubicación de la casa es excepcional, a unos 20 minutos en coche de diferentes puntos de interés. La propietaria es muy atenta y agradable, siempre esta pendiente si necesitas algo.”

“Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen immer hilfreich. Danke! Leider waren wir nicht so happy mit dem Objekt selbst, da es direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße nach Noja liegt. Dadurch hatten wir immer Straßenlärm in der Wohnung. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nur schwer möglich. Das war uns aufgrund des FeWo-direkt Inserats so nicht bewußt.
Dem Appartment merkten man den Charme der 70er Jahre an. Auch laden die Wohnzimmermöbel nicht zum bequemen Sitzen ein. Die Couchmöbel……

“Buena ubicación, recién pintado. Apartamento como se ve en las fotos. Debería actualizarse algunas cosas, tales como el baño y las ventanas que son demasiado viejas. También se debería revisar la potencia de luz contratada puesto que con un solo fuego de la vitro , el microondas y una lampara saltan los plomos. Antonio muy simpático y amable, nos proporcionó un utensilio que necesitábamos en cuanto se lo dijimos.”

“We stayed 10 days in the house, like at home.
The rooms are clean and offering a lot of space for a big family(until 10 persons).
You need a car to go at beach or nearest city, but it's not a big issue as you have a private and safe parc place for your car.
The garden surrounding the house is really nice and you can get fresh fruits like orange each day.
To summarize, a very good place to be for a weekend or more :-)”

"木頭隔間非常的糟，住了兩晚，一直聽到隔壁歡樂，還有做愛的呻吟聲，晚上也很吵！總之，隔音效果不好，衣櫥打開有一種奇怪的霉味，裡面沒有冷氣，床鋪也很小，附近有很多旅館，感覺應該會比較好，做了這麼多平價旅館，這一間真的是最糟的，感覺踩雷了！"
