“Entrance to guest house is adjacent to the store on the ground floor. Have to carry luggage up 3 flights of narrow steps- however that is part of the charm of staying in an inn that is hundreds of years old. Concierge was great and gave us good dinner recommendations. Bathroom was modern and bedroom was beautiful. Note: roads in this tourist area are closed midday for car traffic turning this into a pedestrian zone. Park down the street at public parking. “This a lovely accomodation in the middle of the historical street, so romantic. Easy walk to the town centre and with several good restaurants options near by. Very quiet, we slept very well. The host is friendly and helpful. Very happy with our stay. Just need to be mindful that this is an old building with too many stairs for a heavy suitcase. We left our suitcase in the car, took only what we needed for our stay and it was fine. That’s part of the charm of staying in an historical area.”

“We had stayed at this hotel 34 years ago and decided to try it again. It was great the first time and also great this time. It is an older hotel but is well kept. The room was large and spacious (it could have used a coffee maker or kettle). The hotel restaurant offers excellent dishes and fairly priced. Parking is easy. No problems with this hotel!”
