不满意：员工和服务，清洁度
The building was worn down. Check-in time at 16 pm is quite late and a lot of stuff we’re not proper when we got the house. We wasted 2 nights for the host to fix an electrical curtain in one of the room which meant that you can’t use that room for 2/4 nights. Cleaning could be better. Pool was without a proper pump so water was not very clean.
Communication with host was could be better.
My pre authorization block is still not returned one week after departure.
