Location: This beautiful house is just 10-15 minutes away from I75 and conveniently close to grocery stores, Lowes, pharmacies, and marinas. Our cove is the premier spot that can take you anywhere on the lake quickly because of its intersection location.
Family-friendly Lake home: This house is perfect for 2-3 families (15 people comfortably) who want to spend quality time together or celebrate a special occasion.
Safety: Our cove provides an ideal safe spot for kids and adults. You can enjoy magnificent views in a no-wake zone the size of 10 football fields, which prioritizes safety.
Coffee anyone!!!??? We have loaded the house with a commercial coffee Keurig with unlimited K Cups, pancakes, and waffle mix for all guests.
The house is easily accessible, with no stairs to the water. A gentle slope on a wide path makes it easy to get up and down to and from the water.
Baby and toddler accessible: We have provided a high chair, two pack-and-plays, and a door to block off access to the stairs. The deck is also baby-proof, with water toys for them.
Two laundry stations and two refrigerators are available for your convenience. This house has five bedrooms, including a loft room featuring three bunk beds, a twin-size bed, and a primary suite bathroom. This loft/bedroom can comfortably accommodate eight kids.
Outdoor activity: We have created a flat area by the water for recreational games like corn hole, picnic tables, etc. Paddleboards and kayaks are also included.
Plenty of parking: There is space for up to 8 vehicles and a spot for your trailer. There is also a universal charging station for Electric cars. There is an additional usage charge.
Dock: The dock can be used for your boat. Six buoys help secure it in a safe place. The dock is covered for one boat, but room is available for three boats.
Internet and Streaming: The internet is good, and streaming is available. However, too many people will slow down your service, and it may be slower during high usage times (NFL games, 5 pm-7 pm).

Security/Ring Cameras: Security cameras are installed outside the property facing the driveway and down the walk path to the dock.
