Welcome to our nearly 3,000 sq. ft. lakefront home nestled in the scenic Cumberland Mountains of East Tennessee. With direct water access, a private dock and slip, spacious accommodations for up to 11 guests, and resort-style amenities, our home offers the perfect base for your next vacation, family gathering, remote work escape, or mid-term seasonal stay.
PROPERTY DETAILS
-BEDROOMS (4 total, sleeps 11 comfortably): Ensuite #1 (Top Floor): Queen bed with private full bath. French doors overlook the grand room and provide views of Norris Lake.
Ensuite #2 (Lowest Floor): King and full bed, private bath with walk-in shower, and sliding doors to a patio with Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake.
Bedroom #3: Two twin beds with direct deck access and outdoor seating.
Bedroom #4: Twin over queen bunk bed, also with deck access.
A shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located between bedrooms 3 and 4. Each bedroom has a closet and dresser to unpack and settle in—perfect for both short and extended stays.
-BATHROOMS (4 total): Two private ensuite bathrooms (1 with shower/tub combo, 1 with shower only)
Two shared full bathrooms (shower only)
Hair dryer and pump hand soap provided in each. **Please bring your own towels: bath, hand, washcloths, and beach towels.
-KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all essential appliances:
Four-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher
Coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster
Pots, pans, baking sheets, pizza pan, utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware Please bring your own condiments, coffee filters, spices, paper goods, etc. **All consumables are discarded between guest stays.
-LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer available for guest use (please bring detergent)
Iron and ironing board provided
**You are not required to wash linens or make beds upon checkout.

-OUTDOOR FEATURES: Private dock and boat slip just a few steps out the back door down a gently sloped, paved path
Freshly laundered bed linens for each bed (one set per stay)
**WHAT TO BRING: Additional toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags for extended stays
Dishwashing detergent or pods
Towels (bath, hand, washcloth, beach)
Grilling propane and beach items
Groceries, condiments, coffee, spices, etc.

You will receive your front door keypad code by both text and/or email 48-72 hours before your stay.
There are no physical keys issued.
**To receive your entry code, you must:
Sign and return our house rules agreement by email (required for all guests)
Acknowledge that you are financially responsible for any property or dock damage
Provide proof of insurance for any personal watercraft using the dock/slip
Last-minute bookings are accepted but must meet the same requirements
-CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: Take all personal belongings with you
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before departure
Do not strip beds
The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each guest An additional day may be charged if guests do not vacate by 10:00 AM Eastern.
Pets are not permitted. A $300 per night cleaning fee will be assessed if pets are found on the property.
TRASH & CLEAN-UP Trash is picked up Mondays, and more frequently during peak summer season
All trash must be bagged, tied, and placed inside the lidded trash cans at the roadside
Please use the provided brick to keep lids shut and animals out
Do not leave loose garbage, bags outside cans, or overflowing waste A $125 cleaning fee will be charged if loose trash or untied bags are found in or around bins.
DIRECTIONS – HOW TO GET HERE Driving from I-75:
Exit at Jacksboro, TN
Travel through LaFollette, TN (approx. 8.5 miles from I-75)
Turn right onto South Cumberland Avenue
Continue on Deerfield Resort Road through winding mountain roads for 9 miles
Please drive carefully—these roads are paved but narrow and curvy
From Speedwell (East):
Take State Route 63 (General Carl W. Stiner Highway)
Turn left onto South Cumberland Avenue and continue as above

Private aircraft can land at the resort’s paved airstrip
