"Das Hotel liegt im ruhigen Städtchen nahe beim Hafen, Park und Strand. Der Service und das Essen waren tiptop. "We have stayed in a few Paradores now and think that this has the most beautiful setting - overlooking the port of San Sebastián, it is a tranquil haven - classic architecture and sympathetically furnished, with a decent restaurant and lovely staff. The best place we stayed on La Gomera."

"lovely place and people. However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information. A system failure at the Expedia end."
