About 15 minutes walk to nearest shop or restaurant A good size studio..Pretty complete appliances like fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave.. even a nespresso machine... The little heated swimming pool and hot tub was awesome..Unfortunately the owner/manager speaks French only.. and all informations also only written in French...”

“I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. “The home was amazing. We were met at check in and given a tour of the grounds and the house along with the history of the chateau, the frescos, furniture, and books. We were surprised by the beautiful welcome gift of local cheeses, yogurts, jellies, and wine all of which were enjoyed during our stay.

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better.
1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help.
2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules.
3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge.
4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
