The beds felt like they were first cousins with the floor. Don’t understand the current hotel mindset, not unique to The Hampton, that everyone wants the firmest possible sleeping surface. The incredibly bright lights in the bathroom are motion activated and cannot be disengaged. This ensures a blast of light into the entire room when anyone uses the facilities during the night. Not sleep friendly at all. Breakfast food quality used to be much better at Hampton locations. Now the food is marginal at best especially when factoring in the room price. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff.
