The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The house itself was super clean and furnished to perfect perfection for our group. Ronnie was an extremely helpful host and very responsive to any questions that came up. I would definitely recommend it and we plan to stay there again on future trips through Memphis.”

“What can I say? Who do you blame? The property oe Expedia for nor verifying the properties that they put up. The staff, especially Brandi and Jennifer, were great. The property and ammenities were in shambles or dodn't exist at all. Advertised 32" TV's in cabins, but no TV's. Advertised restaurant on property, but no restaurant, sign on door said closed due to Covid, but judging by peeks through the windows, hasn't been open in 20 years. Basketball court is a lone hope in the middle of the……
