“The owners were incredibly helpful & kind. The apartments were perfect for a short or long holiday. There is an Aldi, Lidl & other supermarkets within easy walking distance. Shower had plenty of hot water, bed was comfortable. Car parking on street was great. About a 20-minute walk to the aqueduct in Segovia, it was easier than trying to park in the city. The house is outside of Madrid but in a great residential area with close availability of large grocery store, restaurant and very close to the highway that takes you to center Madrid in less than 30 minutes. Está bien ubicada y contaba con muchas cosas indispensables que en otros alojamientos hay que comprar (bollería, papel higiénico, leche, sal, aceite...). “This place has clearly fallen into disrepair. The pool was completely empty other than a puddle of mud at the bottom and the walls were filthy. There were damp marks on the walls in the bedrooms. The host initially promised a refund and then denied this as soon as we'd checked out. A total waste of money and time.
