“When we arrived, the hotel did not have our booking. Luckily they had a room as they were not full. The staff were very friendly but told us they do not deal with hotels.com. I don’t know if this is the fault of the hotel or hotels.com but if you have booked through hotels.com, I would suggest you contact the hotel to confirm. ”

“Buscábamos un lugar tranquilo en La Rioja y nos hemos encontrado con este fantástico alojamiento tocado por El Norte. Un lugar que dispone de amplias habitaciones, un servicio y atención excelente. Que cuida todos los detalles para que sus huéspedes se encuentren como en casa. Aparcamiento y un jardín encantador. Aparte también hemos disfrutado de la exquisita cocina de este establecimiento y de unos desayunos muy completos para emprender cada dia una nueva aventura por los alrededores. Muy bien……

“A nice hotel, was a monastery. Grounds very pleasant. Rooms very comfy. After a long drive i found the bar ,not working, but the reception did get me a very nice beer. Which we drank in the garden. The restaurant was also not working. But a 10 minute walk we found a real nice restaurant serving local food. In all there must have been a reason for the not working, which shouldn't take any thing away from a very nice hotel, would stay again. .”
