“Quite and Private. Roomy and Clean. Each bedroom has its own bath plus there is a 1/2 bath, plenty of seating around the house, very convenient for families. The beds were comfortable. One note, the only A/C is a window unit in the kitchen. Each room has great ceiling fan(s) but guests are asked not to open the windows. If the weather is warm, the bedrooms can get a bit warm.”

“Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Nice deck to sit on with views of the south san juan and sangre de cristo range. Leaves at peak so enhanced the awesome views. Was great working with the property owner. We visited the area for the bird migration and had all we came for. Great location for proximity to wildlife refuges and mountain roads. For any birders reading this we had cranes, coots, redheads, mallards, geese, teals, pintails, variety of sparrows, chickadee, stellar jay, clarks……
