“House was great for our family gathering. The layout of the house and back yard are perfect for hanging out with the family. The beds in the bedrooms are really comfortable. The owner and manager were very responsive and accommodating. We missed that the two queens in the office were blow up beds and open to family room, but it worked out ok. There is limited seating in the backyard but my brother brought over some extra chairs and a canopy for shade and all was great. Thanks! We do want to……

“Spacious, well-kept home with wonderful, large hot tub and incredibly close beach access. Exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Bedroom set up with 4 king beds was perfect for 4 couples kids' room and extra mattresses worked well for our 6 grandkids. We also appreciated the quality and quantity of beach equipment--boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, beach towels, and chairs etc. Short walking distance to Avenida de Playa with the large variety of eateries was especially enjoyable.”

“WONDERFUL house in a great location! The inside is beautifully updated with a gorgeous open floor plan. From the kitchen you can see the pool. This was a great place for families to stay. The kids loved the pool, even though it was not heated. The location in La Jolla is unbeatable. You are only two blocks from the beach. We also did a lot throughout San Diego and many of the main attractions are within 15 to 30 minutes of the house. However, La Jolla offers a great area to get away and not be……

“We loved the place and the property management was very responsive. I loved the fact they sent me a text message to suggest an online grocery delivery service that had our groceries there before we checked in. They also texted to see how our first day was which was a nice touch. The only issue we really had was there is no shelves, luggage rack, or dresser in the other rooms. Otherwise everything was well stocked, clean, and walking distance to the beach. ”
