“Most amazing stay at any hotel that we’ve been to. Have to ring their bell and wait for their staff to let us in. Totally enclosed property and only guests can dine there. Rooms were comfortable, very quiet, can get coffee or food delivered to your room (no charge all inclusive), breakfast and dinner selections were plentiful, all delicious food. We can’t rave enough about the staff. They make you feel like you’re part of their family. We stayed 6 nights and could have stayed longer. ”

“I wanted to stay in Casa Andina but they didn't have a room for five so we booked one spacious room at this hotel the very last minute for 2 adults 3 kids. It was great. The hotel is close to the main Plaza and you can walk to stores, pharmacies, restaurants, places to book your tours. It has stairs and the front seat is in the second floor, our room was on the third floor. You won't be able to pay for your stay on hotels dot com but in person when you get to the hotel. “Super hôtel à Arequipa! Le cadre est top, un havre de paix autour de la piscine à 5min à pied de la plaza de armas. Petit dej copieux et bon, repas du midi sympa et varié. L’hôtel propose des excursions aux tops (réservation 24h avant), massage possible sur place aussi + activités tous les soirs. L’ambiance est calme tout de même, la chambre spacieuse et confortable. Nous n’avons pas eu froid (les couettes sont chaudes). Laverie à 1min à pied avec lavage en 1h express. Je recommande ”

“I can't fault this hotel. I arrived at 5am after a 14 hour bus journey and even though my check in wasn't until 12 they found me a room and I was asleep by 6. All at no extra cost I've never felt so welcome. Lovely staff, clean and quiet hotel and really convenient for the centre of town. Zero complaints.”

“This hotel was beautiful and so unique. They handed us a huge, antique-looking key which opened an old wood door into a beautiful stone room that felt like we were in a cave or a castle. We were greeted by a sweet note for our honeymoon. The breakfast was delicious and made to order, and you eat on the terrace overlooking the city. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and that was delicious too. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas, with lots of food and market……
