“When we got there it was a little hard to find because of the way the house sits on. But once you get in there it was amazing views plenty of room for everyone. One thing that was very disappointing was the care taker kept going in the back checking up on us stand there for half hour or more doing nothing. We had kids in the pool and he kept staring at all of us. At night he will lock the back gate at 10:30 without letting anyone know. Wow we couldn’t access the beach anymore. Another this he……

“we had a broken shower in the one of the bedrooms, the pool water was green it was so slippery you can feel that it wasn't brush, and we had to wake up with chickens' poop in the dining area. some furniture in rooms will help so you can keep yourself organize when your there. the person said that he couldn't give us key to the rooms so that didn't make feel secure living my valuable stuff in the room. I had a hard time contacting the host. sorry but I have to be honest the price to stay there……

“The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. Place have lots of……

“The place is very centric, clean and the surrounding very safe.the staff at the counter were very helpful breakfast was awesome..the only issue was no WiFi available for customers but besides that it was good.”
