“This is a very tastefully presented property with friendly, but unobtrusive hosts. Yes, the property is small, but it is workable with and the outdoor balcony provides a wonderful place to sit, watch and enjoy the view.The location allows exploration of the peninsula, easy access to Whale Watching and Puffin boat trips in Bay Bulls and then returning home. We both loved our stay in this accommodation.”

“The property was fantastic. We came off an ocean crossing/sailboat and the cabin was a perfect base to hike the ECT for a few days. Beds were comfy, enjoyed the selection of books and games, utilized the laundry, but the fully stocked kitchen was the absolute gem. Property is clean, quiet, private and would stay there again in a heartbeat. ”

“We loved how private it was and had everything we needed. Being right on the pond was also a bonus. The gazebo right by the water was such a nice touch and beautiful to use either in the daytime to get away from the flies or the night time with all the lights on 😍 also very modern! They were to the minute on timing as the cleaner was there til exactly our check in at 4 and she showed back up exactly at 11:00 the next morning. Not a problem as those were the hours. The lawn maintenance guy……

“This is a unique rental. We stayed 5 nights in July. It is in good location for hiking the east coast trails. The cottage interior was painted with a pastel color and included high quality sheets and towels. Good quality furniture, comfortable bed and the kitchen was well equipped and (wait for it) sharp knives. The side deck’s outdoor eating area was welcomed after a long day of hiking. Directions to the cottage might be improved by stating that it is on the right side of the road and set back……
