There was also fast food (McDonald’s and Carl’s Jr.). Two supermarkets were within walking distance, Super 99 (5 min walk), El Rey (10 min walk). In addition there were more restaurants to choose from within a 10 min drive. The area was safe and quiet. The view from the condo is exactly as described with a nice ocean view. “The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who……

Al llegar, alrededor de las 7:00 pm, tuvimos que esperar casi media hora para que nos entregaran las llaves, pues no le habían indicado al fuardia de nuestra llegada. Observaciones en cuanto al mantenimiento del apartamento: la puerta de una de las 3 habitaciones, no se podía cerrar, pues el pomo estaba en mal estado. A la puerta del baño comoartido no le funcionaba el pestillo para cerrarla con llave. El aire acondicionado de la habitación……
