Accommodation located in El Centenario neighborhood area, has a large 4x8m pool and steps from the beach, enough space for 14 people since it has 2 bedrooms with private bathroom with 1 king bed and the other one with a queen size bed, and a large room with 5 beds distributed in two bunk beds with a queen bed below and a double bed above and an extra queen size bed, this third bedroom has several windows so it has an exceptional view of the sea and the city. It has three bathrooms, one in the living room and two in the private rooms. It has space for 3 to 4 vehicles which makes it ideal for large groups.
You will be able to make use of the entire perimeter of the property, which is very wide and has a private access to the beach from the house. You will be able to park at the entrance. There is convenience store (OXXO )just two blocks away, restaurants within walking distance from the house, as well as the federal access highway to the city so you will be able to move quickly back and forward.
El Centenario is a very quiet community with many restaurant options and very close to the beach. It is only 10 minutes from La Paz airport and the Walmart store to do your shopping during your stay. There is a restaurant with delicious food a 5-minute walk called the Mezquite Grill or breakfast at the Casa del Bagre in Lomas de Centenario.
We recommend renting a car during your stay to be able to visit the surroundings of the municipality both to the north or to the south. Otherwise we also have uber and didi in case of having to move by car.
El Centenario neighborhood is a residential area with spacious and very beautiful houses where a large part of the residents are foreign residents. It is an area 10 minutes from the city with a federal highway access road, which makes it quick to move between the city and the house. The fact that the house is relatively remote from the city, since La Paz is very small town, makes it an ideal space for convivialities, as well as for those looking to enjoy a little solitude and a quiet environment without the noise of the town.
