“Wat een heerlijke plek was dit. Zoveel rust en ruimte, middenin de natuur en omringd door allerlei bosdieren. Het huisje zelf is meer dan comfortabel, superschoon en netjes en voorzien van alle gemakken. De goedgevulde groentetuin maakte het helemaal af. De eigenaren zijn hele hartelijke en vriendelijke mensen, die ons een warm welkom hebben gegeven en verwend hebben met allerlei lekkernijen. “We stayed at Walnut Lodge from 22nd to 29th July 2025 while attending a wedding at a nearby château just 5 minutes away—and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. “This is a fantastic gite for total relaxation. It’s spacious, clean and well equipped. Our hosts, Sarah and Steve, were so welcoming, and nearby if needed. Our favourite part was the pool. It’s beautifully maintained and the solar cover very efficient so even on cooler days the water is warm. The view of sunflower fields was the cherry on the cake. Thank you Sarah and Steve!”

“Nous avons été accueilli par Valérie, qui nous à présenté son gîte ainsi que les alentours.Le gite était parfait, bien agencé, bien pourvu et nous avons pu profiter de la salle attenante pour un anniversaire.Un extérieur vaste et bien entretenu, et la surprise des animaux pour le enfants (une biche !)Valérie s'est montré disponible tout le long du séjour et même avant et nous avons passé un week-end parfait en famille !Je recommande ce lieu pour toute les familles qui souhaitent un gite……
