This was a great stay with one small strange thing that happened. All but one of the staff were really kind and friendly. The bar staff at the pool super nice and the desk clerks. And our servers. It is a gorgeous property and the pool is amazing. You are super close to the beach and can sit and have breakfast and see it. The one weird thing was we had breakfast ($18 for the buffet) at one of the tables by the pool. As we walked through the restaurant to the elevators my friend got a small package of crackers and was informed icily by a staff that the buffet time was over. It was rude and my friend was embarrassed. It was literally a small pack of like two crackers. The rest of the visit was great though.

Could have been so much better. Room cleaning took all day and usually not completed till late afternoon rendering the room unusable ALL DAY. If you pay for a hotel like this - you should be able to use the room for an afternoon sleep surely!!! Restaurant food was ok but NO VEGAN options and service was slow. Could have been a nice stay - but was spoilt by simple basic things not seemingly important to them.

Wir hatten einen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit/Reinigung im Zimmer schwankte, je nach Personal. Der Service war auch sehr unterschiedlich zwischen Top und sehr schwach. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir Hamsa (Oder Ramsa?)! Die Einrichtung ist zwar schön und neu, wirkt jedoch billig und daher schon an einigen Stellen abgewohnt.Umgebung ist umgeben von grossen Wohnblöcken. Fahrt nach Valencia mit dem Bus ca. 45min.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Balkon war groß mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht seitlich zum Meer. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr stark, was mir sehr wichtig ist, da ich sehr dickes Haar habe. Der Haartrockner war ebenfalls sehr leistungsstark habe ich so noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt. Das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Die Auswahl war nicht übermäßig riesig, aber es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Kaffeevollautomat, bei dem ich koffeinfreien Latte Macchiato bekommen konnte. Am Pool lief den ganzen Tag über entspannte Musik. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur jedem empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

There is not a lot of good transportation around unless yo are willing to pay for taxis to Valencia or the train station. Best bet is to rent your own car or get an uber for everything.

From our arrival until our check out the staff at Estimar went above and beyond to meet our needs. The property is brand new and beautiful, everything was very clean. Rooms are well designed and decorated, bed is comfortable and the complementary minibar is a plus! Breakfast is varied and delicious with enough options to satisfy your needs, including a gluten free section. You can make yourself delicious coffee with an espresso machine and also mimosas if you’re in the mood for it!!
