On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of La Pobla de Montornés, in the district Poblamar, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Single garage at the house. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Torredembarra" 4 km, railway station "Torredembarra" 4 km, sandy beach "Torredembarra" 3 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course (9 hole) 13 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Port Aventura 30 km, Torredembarra 4 km, Jungle Trek 11 km. Hiking paths: La Mussara 58 km. Buen sitio.

Hemos estado en muy buenas condiciones siete adultos. La casa está bien dotada de mobiliario y de vajilla. Las camas cómodas y distintos espacios para estar. La zona de la piscina y la barbacoa es perfecta, las fotos no engañan. Esta ubicada en una zona de fácil acceso con coche a playas y pueblos. También tiene agradables caminatas. Davis fue un perfecto anfitrión, siempre disponible.
