I like the amenities of this property like the steam room, sauna, pool. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was down temporarily but because it had been serviced waiting for inspection. The common area was very open and indoors with an outdoor feeling. You can access it through a patio door. You don’t get these amenities at many hotels anymore. The hotel smelt fresh and not like cigarettes compared to the other hotels. I don’t know why people are leaving bad reviews. My stay here was pleasant.

Booked this property for the amenities. When we got tgere i asked for a room close to the pool and was not told it was closed. All amenities plus restaurant were closed for maintenance. I decided not to stay there.

Customer service is horrible, they have cockroaches, the breakfast is absolutely disgusting, they don't clean the rooms what so ever, they will give your room number out to whoever says they know you so if you are in a dangerous situation like I was don't stay there they gave my room number to my ex and he came pounding on the door thank God I didn't answer because I probably wouldnt be writing this review, they tell you that they gave you a discount but they really didn't this place is absolutely horrible and I absolutely wouldn't recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Staff is absolutely horrible, they give your room number to anyone that walks through the door as long as they say they know u I had broke up with my boyfriend and he came in there and said I'm her brother and they gave him my room number which could have ended my life, rooms are disgusting, not to mention they have cockroaches

I truly hate to be the one to do this but I had planned to stay at this hotel with intention of having a nice birthday party with UNO’s Pizza and playing in the game room followed by the pool. Once we arrive we find out that the game room is gone completely, the restaurant is closed, vending machines were down and elevators didn’t work.Truly I could keep going but I’m going to stop there. The place has so much potential it’s ashame.

Realizing they’re undergoing construction, I took that into consideration with the ratings. They had two elevators. The closest one was out of order, which was an issue with getting stuff into the room that was on the second floor. The room was clean; kudos for that. However, the desk chair had very loose arms—not good. The bathroom needed to be upgraded which, hopefully, is or will be part of the renovations. Perhaps the owners need to make future patrons aware of the changes they’re undergoing. Other than that, the stay was okay.

Trash outside everywhere and our room was filthy! Made them come and clean floors because they had balls of hair and trash on floor, sheets were stained! Our two chairs had disgusting stuff on them! Floors were still nasty and not swept or mopped after they came to clean them again…didn’t take any money off our stay either..
