LQ116 is in the charming development of Puerta Azul just behind PGA West. Surrounded by the Santa Rosa Mountains, and near the Polo Clubs, Horse Show, Old Town La Quinta and many public and private golf courses in the desert. LQ116 offers almost 1600 sq ft of living space perfect for a desert retreat. Plenty of seating in the living room for you and your guests with plenty of windows to bring in the natural beauty of La Quinta. The chef’s kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and everything you need to make your favorite meal. The master suite offers a king bed and a relaxing bathroom with walk-in shower & deep soaking tub. The second bedroom suite has a queen bed with its own full bathroom. The vast and private yard with desert landscape is perfect for getting the most of your time in the desert. If you’re looking for amenities, this community has it all take advantage of the community pool & spa, work out facility & tennis court. High speed internet is also included. This one will book fast!

Large back yard. The carpet needed a professional clean as do the showers. All linens need to be replaced.

Condo needs maintenance

The condo was built around 2002. Some of the kitchen appliances are the original installation and the owner was reluctant to update them. The refrigerator ice maker did not work and several glass shelves were missing. It took three weeks for the owner to agree to replace the refrigerator.Broken tiles in the shower and missing grout and no grab bars, leaking faucets.When we left at the end of 8 weeks, the garage door opener was not working and the microwave handle was held in place with gorilla tape.The management company (Royale) was prompt in fixing minor issues but was not able to convince the owner to fix major issues that were unacceptable for a 8 week rental.

Cute home away from home

This condo far exceeded our expectations as we’ve never been to Indio, California! The home- like atmosphere was very welcoming, comfy and quiet. We appreciated all of the amenities!! Thank you so much!!

Great stay

Nice gated community with a pool (unheated) and hot tub near the rental unit. Large pool (heated) at the clubhouse. Residents very friendly and welcoming. Rental unit has a great layout with bedroom and ensuite on opposite sides of the home. The home was lacking some basic essentials (coffee filters, cling wrap, condiments, kleenex, wine opener etc) which was brought to the attention of the property management company. All in all a great stay in La Quinta.
