“The hotel location is excellent with good equipment. However, the front desk was terrible. They could not provide the information we need. For example, I asked for the location of daily market and fea market, however, they did not know it. Moreover, I had sent many emails for the parking information before my trip. However, no email have been replied. Finally, it is found that there is the discount for parking, we have parked in other parking area with higher cost.”

"Everything newly decorated and well designed. So happy I could open the window wide in my room. Liked the heated towel rack in bathroom. Friendly staff at reception. Actually I’d have liked something in the lobby area like book exchange/ coffee making facility/coffee & snacks machine or even free coffee available to make it a communal place to chill out in.
