“Tres agreable sejour chez Serges et Kery son epouse. Je venais voir mon fils er ma belle fille qui travaillent à Bourg Saint Maurice. Ne trouvant rien sur Bourg, j ai trouvé la Maison Caramel à Landry à 8km de Bourg. Landry est tres bien desservi sur Bourg par la N90 et c est en plus un joli spot pour pleins de randonnées. L accueil de Serges et Kery fut top, l endroit joli (pourtant j ai eu pluie, neige et brouillard🙂) et le gite confortable. ”

Very complicated local logistics as hotel free shuttle works from 8am to 20pm and no local taxi services available in the zone (note that nothing is walking proximity, therefore consider using the car for movements), but at reception you may find support also for “after dinner” pick up for an additional……
“Cozy hotel in the small town of Landry. Close to the slopes but you'll need to take the shuttle or train to Paisey or Bourg St Maurice.
Very good restaurant downstairs so you don't have to leave for dinner after a long ski day. The foie gras was fantastic.
The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is no one is there to help you with the bags if you decided to try and travel without a car.

“In a beautiful quite village with breath-taking view of Mont Blanc! Yet quite a few facilities were closed during summer season. All kinds of tablegames are prepared, and decoration inside was very homey. Breakfast was full of choices. Francesca is not only friendly but helpful with all kinds of information. Fairly nice place to stay at.”
“Friendly and polite staff. Nice clean and warm rooms. Lift to all floors. Ski boot room.Good breakfast, food served adjacent to bar (or take to room) till 8pm. Parking ok. Hotel offers a free mini bus to nearest mountain lift (Funivia Val Veny) its 10 euro to mountain lift in town i.e. telecabina Dolonne.”
