“Recently took our first trip to Las Gaviotas for a friends birthday and stayed at this beautiful home. Check in was easy, host was very helpful and accommodating, and the home seemed to have everything you could need. Although it's not beach front, the location was perfect for getting right down to the beach as there was a walkway directly through the homes across the street. The views from the home are amazing with panoramic views of the ocean from both the wrap around deck and inside the home.……

“Gated security, door keeper lives in property available immediately if you need anything. House keeping comes in daily to make your bed & clean room. Very friendly and beautiful property/private vineyard & pool. I traveled with my 2 kids for a destination wedding and had not been past the border in 20 years. I was a little afraid of the drive in my sons new Raptor & was pleasantly surprised at the extremely easy, safe drive on the toll roads & beach views thru out the drive on the Pacific Coast……

“This was an A experience. We were graciously welcomed to the property. Our tent was absolutely gorgeous with attention to every detail — lovely furnishing, super comfy bed, great shower, luxurious robes. We were just steps from the beautiful infinity pool and spent hours alongside reading and watching the birds flutter in for a wee drink. Enrique and Candi have put together a beautiful experience for guests. I hope to return again and again.”

“This property has an amazing view. The inside was amazing. Great floorplan our host was amazing very attentive , fast reply to our messages , was always checking if we needed something. The amenities were so great amazing views from the infinity pools. Have so many pools , hot tubs , gym tennis court . We loved it we will definitely will book again when we go back. The reason why I gave 4 stars on some was because when we checked in there was no guard and being our 1st time we weren't sure .……

“I've stayed in a couple different places in Gaviotas. This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable……
