“We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how thoughtfully planned and newly decorated the space was — bright, cheerful, and full of charm. Everything was immaculate and spotless, and the studio had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The fenced-in yard was a huge plus — perfect for our dog to enjoy safely. “Nice quiet neighborhood! Lovely home, great patio to sit in evenings. I did have trouble getting into the maroon bed as I am short. Kitchen has everything you might need. Host was very responsive and made our stay stress free! If you’re going to a wedding at the mill this is the perfect place to stay.”

“All the memories of growing up in Longmont and Berthoud area. Wake up calls from the chickens and kitties the want some loven was great. Owners were very quick to respond. This is a pretty private place even with a main house on property. We thought it was super quiet even with the road nearby. Loved the closeness of Mead for a quick morning coffee at Ziggi’s and Maggie’s for breakfast or lunch. We will definitely stay again. Plenty of parking for Rv also. ”

“The property is a nice, clean new build in a good neighborhood. We were looking for something close to a little bit of everything as we were there for a softball tournament and daytime adventures. You could reach any surrounding city in 15 - 20 minutes and 20 - 30 minutes from some great hikes. Colby was great at communicating with us and responding very quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Had a great little vacation.”

“I stayed with a colleague for a business trip. Mid-sized home that had everything that you needed. The oversized comfy couch, coffee maker and laundry were why I chose to not stay in a hotel. These amenities were perfect and exactly what I needed. No shoes rule made me trust that the carpets were clean. Beds were comfortable. Camera at front door does look toward the door and visible while on the couch so I wondered if I could be seen at night. I like knowing those things as a a traveling……
