My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. “Staff was friendly and place looked clean all around however there was no water or electricity and wasn’t even given a time for it to return before having to check out. Super frustrating. ”

“So this is my time staying in a hotel in Mexico, and I wasn’t to happy with it. We were on the 4th floor without an elevator. They did upgrade my room, but I was still a little upset that I didn’t have a balcony. I know they are still renovating but the room had no drawers, no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, no small refrigerator. Beautiful room. No lie. But I look for the small necessities! And they didn’t have them! I probably would not stay at this one again until they do the full……

“The property was pretty nice and keep clean but the beds in our suite were super hard. We had a 4 day reservation but left after 2 days because of the uncomfortable bed. They were very understanding and did refund us 2 days of our stay. In addition to the beds the hot tub never got hot it was just warm. The second day they had it on all day but it did not get any warmer. The staff was very very nice and super helpful in every way. I gave them the ratings I did because the staff were very nice!”
