The room was nice enough, small though. Close to the train station. Our water was turned off at 9 am the last morning.
Check in was terrible. You have to walk to another location (15 min, one-way with luggage). They don't have a credit card reader either. With check in only 3-7 pm and at another location, it was very inconvenient. Once you walk back to the room, you have to call to get let in remotely, walk up a non-lit stairwell, enter some codes then finally get a key. Felt like an unnecessary, multi-step process after a long travel day. Staff also insisted we settle our account the day before check-out. Continued to harass us to settle when we were out travelling for the day. Very frustrating.
