“The location is just perfect. Right on the beach, walking distance to town, next to taxi stand. The pool is lovely. The villa is great - every room faces the beach and bedrooms all have air conditioning.The kitchen could use updating but still works fine. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.”

“This was easily one of our best vacations. Two families went together, and we had the most amazing time. Pictures don't do justice. Property is oceanfront, and the home is built overlooking both the pool and ocean. Enough space for our families to hang together, and to each have our own space. The town is a short drive, we all took surf lessons.We also did the additional chef package which I highly recommend. The staff helped coordinate activities like horseback riding and massages. “We loved our stay at Punta at Punta Majahua: falling asleep each night to the sound of the ocean and waking up to a gorgeous view, walking the beach each morning, renting a scooter to use to head into town every morning for a latte, two amazing and very reasonably priced seafood restaurants (Brisas Mexicanas and Un Pencicito di Cielo) a five minute walk away, a house call massage in the open air. The property manager met us upon our arrival and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.……

“This was our second time vacationing in Troncones and the first time staying at Villas Troncones. The accommodations were excellent! The 2bed/2bath w loft was spacious and well furnished with comfortable beds, great air conditioners and fully appointed kitchen. The 10-unit Villas are exceptionally well maintained and the property management and staff were very kind, responsive and professional. The location is fantastic! steps to the beach and within walking distance of many of the best……

“Michelle's penthouse checked all the boxes for a perfect stay and definitely earns a 10/10 review. The ocean view and soothing wave sound is amazing. From the open air palapa we watched the surfers and occasionally spotted a whale swimming thru. We enjoyed the many excellent village restaurants and recommend the Troncones Cooking School (and restaurant) to learn the ingredients, techniques in traditional Mexican dishes.
