“We originally had booked a VRBO right in the Ciutat Vella (Old Town) of Valencia, but we decided to look outside of Valencia, near a Metro train stop that would easily take us into the city.Thank goodness we stumbled upon Ca Emma. It is a wonderful, 2 story renovated home from the early 1900’s, but you would never know it. It is very modern in all respects. It is in the country surrounded by farm fields and orange groves, but only about a mile from the Albalat Metro station with easy access……

“Overall the villa was excellent. My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy. Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it. However, apart from that we were very pleased.”

“para empezar, nos enteramos a un día antes de ir de que la familia del chico que alquila la casa también vive allí. la casa con telarañas por todos lados, la nevera y el lavavajillas huelen fatal, las ventanas de las habitaciones de arriba tenían un avispero, la piscina se supone que es para nosotros pero mi amiga llegó a ver a la familia en ella. que estén allí te quita toda la privacidad. Se supone que también había aparcamiento, pero está todo ocupado por los coches de la familia, por lo que……

“Very nice, clean and spacious accommodation. Facilities were good but unfortunately not available until July. Public transport to sights in Valencia was awkward.”

“Beautiful rustic house with such attention to detail, we would happily return. Great property management too and Ella and Lina really looked after us, rectifying a temporary issue with the drain even on a Sunday and getting us 2 more bikes which we really enjoyed using. Thank you guys, we loved our time in Valencia and reckon we’ll be back before long 😎”
