The apartment is in the center of the town of Barruera, declared a World Heritage Site by its Romanic churches, an ideal place to combine rest and adventure.
You have 3 rooms, 2 of which are with double beds of 1.35 and 1.50 cm. and the 3rd with 2 single beds of 90 cm .; equipped kitchen-dining room, bathroom with tub and videt, laundry, totally exterior with balcony; the floor is parquet and on the ground floor there is a garage and ski storage. You also have a private garden of 300 meters. to share the game with children and ping-pong table for children and adults.
In the village there are shops, cafes, restaurants, swimming pools, river, for fishing, horseback riding and is located 15 kms. from the Boí-Taull ski resort.


The stay is on the second floor of the house with wooden floor and wooden roof, with spacious rooms with views and balcony, fully furnished and with kitchen utensils, bed linen, table, towels, etc ..
You can visit the Romanesque Churches declared World Heritage.
You can make excursions to the Aiguestortes National Park.
The apartment is 5 km away. from the Caldas de Boi Spa, with mountain views in a very quiet area.

El alojamiento dispone de 3 habitaciones ( 2 dobles) y una individual. Camas cómodas. El comedor y la cocina están en el mismo espacio pero es suficiente. Los dueños son muy amables y siempre están atentos por si hace falta algo. El lugar es precioso y está bien ubicado para conocer el resto de la zona

Gîte à eviter

Quand nous avons réservé ce gîte personne ni rien ne nous avait averti qu’il y aurait des travaux ( marteau piqueur, façade refaite sur laquelle donnaient nos fenêtres ) dès le lundi matin et pas seulement de la peinture! Notre porte fenêtre ne correspondait pas du tout à la photo sur le site d’Abritel et donnait à quelques centimètres sur des toits de tôles et un mur aveugle de béton. Nous avons des photos et des enregistrements sonores pour confirmer nos dires. La pièce « de vie » est petite et regroupe kitchenette, canapé, table et chaises. Nous nous demandons encore comment 5 personnes peuvent y manger et s’y installer pour se détendre ! Le mauvais temps dont les propriétaires ne sont pas responsables bien sûr n’a pas aidé à ce que nous nous sentions bien dans cet appartement. Nous avons décidé de partir le mardi matin après une scène ubuesque puisqu’en sortant nue de la douche j’ai découvert les deux peintres de l’autre côté de la fenêtre de notre chambre!! J’ai contacté Abritel pour exprimer notre mécontentement. Votre employée très gentiment a tenté d’obtenir un geste commercial de la part des propriétaires qui ont eu le « culot » de prétendre que nous avions passé un accord pour que les travaux ne commencent pas à 5 heures du matin!! Pur delire! C’est la première fois que nous avons ce genre de déconvenue en Espagne où nous venons régulièrement en vacances depuis 30 ans soit par l’intermédiaire d’Abritel, de Toprural, de Ruralverd, d’Airbnb ou de Villas Begur. Voilà !

Bona relació qualitat preu.

L'apartament és correcte, amb un pati molt agradable. Els anfitrions molt amables, de tracte molt familiar i proper, cap problema tant a l'hora d'entrar com de sortir. Barruera, com altres pobles del voltant, és molt bonic amb el seu riu i la verdor de les muntanyes. Desde la casa pots fer diferents rutes de senderisme, passejades, bici, etc. També i molt interessant és fer la ruta del romànic.
