“We were in town for spring training so our location was wonderful. The kids loved having a pool and were good sports even though it was freezing cold. The master bathroom was a great selling point for us. We noticed there was no fan in the bathrooms so it got steamed up really fast and also has resulted in quite a bit of yellowing on the ceiling/walls. Made the bathroom feel kind of crusty/musty. “What a wonderful property. It EXCEEDED our expectations!!! From the extra amenities of the volleyball court to the mini soccer field, golf putting green, buggie board and pool floatees even down to the board games, hammock and baby swing - a kid's (and parents) dream. Kitchen was exceptionally well thought out with every little "gadget " you could think of. “House on river was everything as said in discrimination- very clean -nice landscaping- updated kitchen and baths-comfortable beds and furniture-plenty of room to spread out. Heated pool and hot tub and grill a plus. Dock was a great place to watch spectacular sunsets and fish. The amenities were above and beyond . There were 8 in my family and we were all comfortable and happy with neighborhood and convenience to restaurants,shopping and beach. Management was a phone call away if you needed……
