“It is too far away from Hakone, taking about 2 hours each day to travel back and forth though the hotel is near the train station. There is a small restaurant on the ground floor which is close during the dates I stayed there. ”

“My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!”
