“The place is nice but a little dated. I noticed a half inch wide yellow spot on one of the towels.”

“Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!”

“We enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful day of hiking at Green Ridge State Forest just a 10 minute drive away. The cabin was clean and comfortable.”

“We went to celebrate a birthday…not much to do outside in the middle of winter but we drove to Rocky Gap State Park and Cumberland Train depot. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed a snow day the day we left! ”

The kitchen had everything to make our meals and we enjoyed cooking in. We loved the location and enjoyed our outing to Paw Paw tunnel, downtown Cumberland and 1812 Brewery. Thank you for stopping by with flashlights during the short power outage during the storms. We’ll be back to visit! ”

“The loft was just the prescription that two very tired people needed! The cozy atmosphere, and beautiful decor made it such a great place to rest. My husband loved the pond and caught so many fish! We took a few “day trips” to nearby attractions and ate at several restaurants in town, such good food!!!! ”

“If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful cabin to just go get lost in the world of your significant other, this is the place to go! They’re far enough from the everyday life but still close enough to enjoy all the beauty of their charming city!! The food is to die for and definitely a reason for us to return!! Nothing bad to say at all except they need larger hot water tanks bc when I’m enjoying my wife that includes sharing a shower that we would have preferred not to be rushed out of!! Otherwise……
