“We had a wonderful stay here during a Finnish heatwave. It's a beautiful residence which was the home of a famous Finnish author, and is quite charming in its authenticity and spacious nature. It's also perfectly positioned next to Lake Saimaa with a small beach area and a larger dock that can be used for fishing or deeper swimming. The sauna is fantastic - well worth a go, particularly as you can jump straight into the lake after. Also worth praising the host Eeva - she lives on site and will……

“Ein neues Ferienhaus mit direktem alleinigen Zugang zum Wasser (näher als beschrieben!). Alles in allem sehr gut geeignet, ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen. Das Haus ist neu, bei der Einrichtung wurde dann aber scheinbar das Geld knapp und zum Teil wurde wohl im örtlichen Sozialkaufhaus eingekauft. Ein Wermutstropfen war das Wäschepaket (Bettwäsche und Handtücher). Die Wäsche war zum Teil verschlissen, manche Tücher nicht sauber und vor allem die Bettwäsche roch stark nach Nikotin. Das war……
