“We had a wonderful stay at the Ruebling cabin. It was exactly as the pictures showed. I have a lot of allergies, so staying in rentals can be tricky, but I had no troubles. It was clean and comfortable. They have done a really nice job of making upgrades (lots of hot water and easy air conditioning control) while maintaining a cabin feel. If we are back in the area, we will definitely try to stay here.”

“Was looking for a place where our family could stay together and be comfortable for our youngest daugter's wedding. Boy, did we find it. It was a beautiful lodge and they made us feel so welcome. Lots of room and the views were amazing. Even got to get a close up view of the moon through the telescope. It was clean and well stocked. Peter even provided us with fresh eggs which the family loved. Would definitely stay again if we get the opportunity. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin—perfect for a relaxing weekend escape. The lake was just steps out the back door, down a small hill, making it easy to enjoy swimming, fishing off the dock, and evenings around the fire pit. The log cabin had a charming rustic vibe, yet offered all the modern amenities we needed.We also loved the short half-mile hike down to the creek—it was a fun little adventure. Communication with both the owner and caretaker was smooth and responsive.We’d definitely……

“The property was modern, clean, comfortable and beautiful. We really enjoyed the back patio and surprisingly there were little to no bugs outside. We consisted of two couples and two sisters. We were not able to watch TV bc we had to link it to a Roku or YouTube TV account. It worked out fine because we were there to spend time with our family who was in a nearby house. I would recommend this rental and especially to a family.”

“The cabin is nice remote spot yet not far from Fenton where we attended a wedding. There is a long hilly gravel road to the cabins which was no problem. We saw deer grazing nearby. The place is brand new and Christopher Bates was very welcoming and responsive. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.”
