They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty. There was a large yellow stain on the duvet cover when we arrived, the staff refused to change it until the next morning, he just walked off when we asked. You have to ask for……

“It is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money.
